Ryan is an approachable individual with a unique full-serve industry experience that does not end after the sale, but continues year round.  His craft has been carefully refined to maximize the value of your product through years of work, networking and mentorship.  Handling your livelihood is a serious task, not to be taken lightly!  For many people in the livestock business your pay-day is once a year.  When your sale begins you should feel absolute trust in the staff and services you have acquired.  In fact, it should be exciting to watch!

 Over two decades, Ryan has been involved in marketing cattle and built a network of purebred + commercial cattlemen from coast to coast understanding the depths of the industry's demands.  Growing up, he was competitive in multiple breed Junior events, and the 4H program.  This sparked a purpose in the cattle business leading him to obtain a diploma from the Worldwide College of Auctioneering.  He immediately followed up at the University of Saskatchewan, obtaining a degree in Agriculture Business.  During his time at the U of S, Ryan was actively involved in preparing show and sale cattle for many purebred operations.  Travelling to shows and sales, consistently growing a network of contacts.  During these travels, he saw that there would indeed be a need for a new generation of Livestock Auctioneers.  After University Ryan immersed himself in the cattle marketing sector by becoming a full-time auctioneer through auction markets.  This is how he honed his craft, selling thousands of feeder cattle, and bred cattle while growing his purebred sale roster simultaneously.  Ryan maintains that it is important to be knowledgeable, and well-versed in both the purebred and commercial worlds.
